I'm Joey Ross. I run The CEM Solutions out of Las Vegas.

Before this, I built and ran a marketing business in Florida, consulting for everything from national franchise locations like Crumbl Cookies to local favorites like Juicebox, Restore Wellness, and independent coffee shops. Social media, grassroots campaigns, local outreach — I handled it end to end, for real businesses with real revenue on the line.

I also spent years inside the property management industry, working leasing, operations, and marketing roles at apartment communities. That's where I learned the other half of this business: it doesn't matter how good your marketing is if the experience falls apart once the customer walks in.

Most agencies only do the first half. I do both.

What exactly do I get for $1,500 a month?

Three posts per week of original, high-quality content built specifically for your brand — not templates, not stock photos. That includes the concept, the creation, and the posting. If you want five posts a week instead of three, it's an extra $600 a month.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. This is a 4 month contract that can be renewed based on customer satisfaction.

What if I don't like the content?

You'll see content before it goes out, and we'll adjust until it the content meets your vision.

Do I need to be in Las Vegas?

Yes. A good portion of the content we produce will come media taken at your location. There can be some exceptions depending on your business.

Who owns the content you create?

You do. Everything I make for your business is yours to keep and use however you want.

Can I just buy the local marketing or the training without the social media?

Social media management is the foundation everything else builds on, so it comes first. Local campaigns and customer experience work drive people to a brand — that brand needs to look credible when they show up and check you out online.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Cafés and coffee shops, restaurants, gyms and wellness studios, retail, and property management companies. If you're a local business that needs more customers and a better experience, we should talk.

How fast can you start?

Usually within 3 days of our first call. The first conversation is about your vision, goals, and limitations — then we build from there.

What makes you different from an agency?

You get me. Not an account manager who passes your brand to a junior designer who's never set foot in your business. I've run my own marketing business and I've worked inside the operations of real businesses. I know both sides.
